2. Report Due Date
 12:00 noon, June 28 (Fri), 2013: Report’s due date
1)  You shall submit your report to all of the above-mentioned three instructors by e-mail.

2)  You also shall send the three instructors the Copy of the passport holder’s data page of
     your passport (the page that verifies your nationality, passport number, expiration
     date and so forth) in the format of JPEG or PDF image file together with your report by
     e-mail. Otherwise, your report will not be accepted.
3)  The report should cover your present research subject and what you wish to learn
     from the field school in relation to your research subject.
4)  Approximately 1,200 characters in Japanese, 500 words in English.
5)  You shall write in your report the following data:
  a) Name
  b) Date of birth
  c) E-mail address
  d) Mailing address
6)  You shall also send the copy of the official score certificate of TOEFL or TOEIC in the
     format of JPEG or PDF image file, if you have the recent one.
7)  When you submit your report to the instructors, you should write “Application report
     FS Indonesia” in subject box of your e-mail.

3.  Screening
Screening is based on your report. On Jun 28, 2013, the result of the screening will be informed to you by e-mail. Also a travel agency will make a contact to you after July 1st, 2013.

4. The maximum number of the participants of the field school : 7~10.

5. No. of Credits
Number of credit: 2; “Asian Area Studies On-site Seminar I or II” provided by Graduate School of Asian and African Area Studies (ASAFAS), based on your Graduate Student Year. If you are affiliated to a Graduate School of Kyoto University other than ASAFAS, you have to submit “Tagakubu Takenkyuka Kamoku Choko Negai”.

6. Method of evaluation of learning results
Students will be evaluated on
1) their active efforts in their fieldschool;
2) the brief (5-10 minutes) oral presentation of your present research subject and what
    you obtain from this field school in relation to your research subject, in English with or
    without Indonesian in a seminar (to be held on August 27th, 2013);
3) the submission of the final report (2,000 characters in Japanese or 700 words in
    English) to all of the above-mentioned three instructors by e-mail within 2 weeks after
    you return to Japan.

7. The program provides air ticket, accommodation and transportation.
